Each of our interior design team has a different way of working, and each one has a different style, which works great for everyone as we offer a range of products for you to choose from! It’s all about finding the right fit for you.

MADE TO MEASURE CURTAINS & ROMAN BLINDS

We at Geoghegans of Navan have over 30 years of experience in dressing windows and our curtain makers are some of the best in the business. Whether you want interlined Roman blinds with a decorative trim, or hand made pinch pleats with a leading edge, we can do it all. 

Each of our blinds are made to measure, and will be tailored to your tastes. No job is too complex for us!

BLINDS

Whatever window and whatever style, we supply and fit everything. We have a huge range of styles and colours from Luxaflex and SLX blinds, and products include the following;

• Honeycomb 

Whatever you choose, you can rest assured that it will be custom made to your specifications. Room darkening, privacy, & light control - we have it all. 

UPHOLSTERY

Do you absolutely love your couch, but it’s looking a little tired and worn out? Don’t throw it out! Give it a new lease of life with our re-upholstery service. We have over 20 years of experience in revamping old and worn out furniture. We do;

• Traditional upholstery
• Soft furnishing work
• Replacement cushions
• Window seat cushions
• Foam replacement

We have a library of fabrics and wallpaper books in store for you to choose from, and once you have made your choice, we will then contact our upholsterer who will come and collect your furniture in order to bring it back to life!

THE CONSULTATION

With our consultations, you can either book an appointment or just drop in to have a chat with any of us. It’s really that simple.

First things first, what you’re going to need in order to get that new fresh look is to come in and have a chat with one of our designers. Don’t worry, we’re all very nice here in Geoghegans and our priority is making sure that you get what you want for your home. 

Knowing what you want when you come into a consultation can really help not only our designers, but also you yourself. We suggest that you bring the following when attending a consultation; 

• Pictures of the space / videos of the space
• Paint samples - these are best applied in 2 coats to a white sheet of paper
• A photo of an item you wish for us to work with - whether it’s a cushion, a photo, a painting, etc. 

All of these things can really help us and you to get an idea of what you want your finished product to look like. And the most important thing, to match your taste. 

Measurements are also a help when it comes to finding out just how big or small the job might be, but don’t worry, no job is too big or too small for us here at Geoghegans. We also offer a full measuring service, which will help us give you the best quote for the job. 

Our designers will then talk you through the fabric selections. We work with the following brands;

In order to secure your curtains, blinds, or fabric order, we require a ⅓ Deposit, and the balance on completion.

ONCE CHOICES HAVE BEEN MADE

Once you have chosen your fabrics for your curtains / blinds / fabric upholstery or wallpaper, your order will be sent off to be completed. 

When your order arrives in our store, we will then contact you to arrange the fitting at your convenience. Your room transformation is about to begin!
